When Emma has a car accident on her way home, her twin sister Lucía, who fled the Benimaclet neighbourhood six years ago, is forced to return. As their mother Clara leads the neighbourhood's resistance against a developer threatening to destroy the market gardens, mother and daughter must confront a buried truth that will change their lives forever.
Set in the Valencian neighbourhood of Benimaclet, the film follows two generations of women marked by silence and a world changing around them, weaving together psychological drama, social thriller and elements of magical realism.
